In Genoa the top of excellence, two courteous trained mechanics and the thing that pleased and amazed me most is the attention paid to the guarantees, the system works, if you have a real problem, no worries they assist you and resolve it immediately. I waited a long time before reviewing this place. I went in and purchased a Cannondale Trail MTB for €1200 in August 2020 He said it would arrive in October. It arrived at the beginning of December. Leaving aside the fact that if I didn't tell him that the purchase included a spare inner tube, he wouldn't have provided it to me, which then, following my complaint, he kindly gave me along with a free water bottle; and leaving aside the fact that when my bike collided (not the one I was buying), the torch broke and obviously only the young employee apologized, while the seller didn't care in the slightest, I would like to point out that subsequently, after about the fifth use (on asphalt, in in total he had traveled 4 km to say the least), a pedal bent, coming out of the thread. About 1 month after I bought it. I went to ask for clarification, I was told that the block had to be changed and that it was not covered under warranty. He told me it was a matter of 2 weeks, and we were close to Epiphany 2021. In mid-March 2021 I went to collect the repaired bike. Cost, €120. What can I say, I waited because I wanted to be sure that the bike had no further problems due to incompetence or carelessness.
